WHAT BOOKKEEPING SOFTWARE DO WE WORK WITH?
As bookkeepers we need to maintain our industry and technical knowledge, and for this reason we are selective about the bookkeeping and accounting software we use.
We work with Xero, Quickbooks Online and Reckon.

Elegant Bookkeeping Rates
Our current hourly rate is $75 plus GST.
However, if you prefer, you can opt for weekly fixed-fee rates for our bookkeeping services.
Here’s how it works: After our initial introduction meeting, we calculate all the tasks you require from us. We then distribute the total cost evenly over 52 weeks, setting a weekly fee that you can control and set up through automatic payments from your bank account. This approach can help you manage your cash flow more effectively by avoiding larger quarterly payments.
We do not have any lock-in contracts.

BASIC MONTHLY PACKAGE — $280* per month

- Debit card allocation (if any)

PAYROLL & SUPERANNUATION
- Payroll:
$65* per payroll (1-5 employees)
$130* per payroll (6-10 employees)
- Processing Superannuation:
$65* per quarter (1-5 employees)
$130* per quarter (6-10 employees)
- STP finalisation— $250* annually


PACKAGE ADD-ONS
- BAS Lodgement — $180* per quarter.
- EOFY finalisation — $350* annually.
- TPAR — $250 annually.
- Accounts Payable (supplier bills adding, supplier statements reconciliation, unpaid bills report, etc.) — $65* per hour.
- Accounts Receivable (customer payment allocation, customer debt report) — $65* per hour.
- Training on QuickBooks or Xero (one-on-one, minimum 2 hrs) — $150* per hour.
- Financial and Cost analysis analysis (planning, budgeting and forecasting financial results) — $85* per hour.
- Apprenticeship assistance, grants, job costing and other one-off jobs — $65* per hour.
NOTE:
All prices are GST excluded and subject to change;
Members of trade associations – receive 5% discount for the first 6 months
